TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All settlements are due during or at the conclusion of the auction.
Settlements less than $10,000 are to be paid in full.
Settlements greater than $10,000 require a 25% deposit on day of auction with balance to be paid within 5 days after the auction.
Any accounts not settled within 5 days will incur 20% per annum, or $100.00 per day, whichever is greater.
A 5% buyers premium will be added to all purchases.
All items must be paid for in full before leaving the auction site.

2. Bank letter of guaranteed funds.
Payment accepted in U. S. D. form only.
Payment accepted by Cash, Cashier check, Company or Personal check accompanied with
Bank letter.
